Representation of AIH

The Representation of AIH of Smolensk region works in the administraitive building for the convenience of the carriers.

- It provides the advice to carrier on international transport under the TIR system, provides technical assistance in preparing documents for entry into AIH;

- Prepares, issues and takes Permits to travel on territory of foreign country for the Russian international carrier;

- Issues and takes new and used TIR Carnet.
